Police Arrest Man For Filming A Raid, Then Shoot His Dog Right In Front Of Him!

An infuriating video showing two hothead police officers approaching a man for filming them (which is 100% legal), and then the man is arrested for doing so (which is NOT an arrestable offense). The man puts up no resistance and his dog is clearly not happy with what is happening, and approaches the group of men where it is promptly shot down by the trigger-happy police. Absolutely disgusting.

Taking photographs of things that are plainly visible from public spaces is a constitutional right — and that includes federal buildings, transportation facilities, and police and other government officials carrying out their duties. Unfortunately, there is a widespread, continuing pattern of law enforcement officers ordering people to stop taking photographs from public places, and harassing, detaining and arresting those who fail to comply.
