Electric Golf-Board allows players to “surf” along the course

Electric buggies might be popular on luxurious golf courses among older players. But a new invention is set to make the sport more appealing to the next generation of golfers.

The electric Golf-Board has been created by an 80-year-old US entrepreneur. The board allows golfers to surf the course in a way that feels similar to surfing or skateboarding. It features a four-wheel drive and has relatively bigger and softer tires to commute quicker with the least damage to the greens.

It has a top speed of 19 kilometers per hour, similar to a golf buggy. And steering the Golf-Board is pretty simple– the players just need to lean into the direction they want to go while using a handheld device to control its speed and braking.
