Ferris Bueller Drops Some Red Pill Wisdom On Love & Relationships

The 1986 coming-of-age film ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off‘ is a testament to how playful, rebellious, and risk-taking men are often much more successful in attracting beautiful women than their more serious and cautious brethren. Matthew Broderick and Charlie Sheen’s characters demonstrate this during the movie. However, Ferris’ friend Cameron is easily taken advantage of and lacks poise and confidence. With graduation on the horizon, Ferris sums up his friend’s predicament with a red pill bomb.

“Cameron has never been in love – at least, nobody’s ever been in love with him. If things don’t change for him, he’s gonna marry the first girl he lays, and she’s gonna treat him like shit, because she will have given him what he has built up in his mind as the end-all, be-all of human existence. She won’t respect him, ’cause you can’t respect somebody who kisses your ass. It just doesn’t work.”
